
I worked out to the ramone's this morning- great high energy beats ! Burned over 300 calories. Then I came home starving... Was going to eat amaranth but wanted something hearty. I dug out most of the bread thinking it would save me calories and carbs .... But then I ate it while the rest was toasting ! Oh well the thought was there .
Haha! Don't feel too bad, carbs after a workout is the best time for them anyway...love those eggs, they look so yummy mmm
