I'm doing it!

I completed C25K Week 1 Day 2 (1.46 miles), in 00:18:30, pace 12:42 min/mile, with @RunDouble http://bit.ly/nkhPg3

  1. whoooohooo ANJ. I have put down the donut and i went to gym again today. I also ate a scrambled egg and 1/2 a grapefruit for breakfast. After my trip to texas and everyone being sick , i MUST get back on this train of fitness.

  2. You will do! Travel always messes up schedules and goals..just get back on the exercising. Pilates is supposed to be a great exercise...I'm trying to drink tea whenever I crave a snack.
