
Ok-- at this point 14 days seems like a very long time. I did not feel great or energetic. I feel like laying around. In fact i fell asleep on the floor yesterday with the kids st 4:30. I woke up this morning and my Bowels were unhappy. I have to say I am a very regular person and typically my bowels are pretty happy with me, so this is a change... Not so much for the better.
I am keeping with it though, it is only day two. :). Breakfast this morning is brown rice, walnut, hemp seed milk porridge. I am going to try to post more to help keep me motivated!
so proud of you babe! I start on Monday with just smoothies and one light evening meal..don't think I want to buy a juicer for $90 just yet...
