OK OK OK. I lost my path (not my butt) and i am getting back on the health and fitness game. Went to the gym today and worked out for hour. Ate a good breakfast, trying to drink tea instead of snacking and i also bought a new book called the Conscience Cleanse. I know the woman who wrote it, her son goes to the same preschool as mine. I will get the book in a week or so and share what i learn. It is a cleanse program that is based on real food - the idea being that you can detox everyday by eating the right foods for your body. I will keep you updated....
Good for you! I've been doing the same, drinking tea instead of snacking. I have lost a bit of weight, I am now 155 but I realized I don't care so much about the weight...I care about my belly, it is too big and loose. Toning is what I want..I need to keep up my exercising and do absolutely no cheezits type snacking from the kids' stash...
